General terms and conditions
Scope of application
The following general terms and conditions of contract comprehensively regulate the mutual rights and obligations between Camping Stuhlegg, Castu Service AG as operator of the campsite, and the campsite guest. The contractual services are exclusively governed by the printed material valid for the travel period. Agreements made by telephone or other agreements of any kind must be made in writing and confirmed by the campsite owner in order to be valid.
Reservations can be made by telephone, in person, in writing, by e-mail or fax. With the registration/booking, the campsite guest offers the binding conclusion of a camping contract. The camping contract is only concluded with the written confirmation of acceptance by the campsite owner. The campsite owner reserves the right to make equivalent changes to the booking if this appears necessary for special reasons.
High season: 20% of the total amount
Low season: No deposit is required.
The total amount is to be paid on the day of arrival (high season: remaining balance).
By signing the reservation confirmation, the campsite guest has agreed to the current pricing of Camping Stuhlegg. Retroactive changes and discounts are not possible.
The campsite guest may withdraw from the contract at any time. In the interest of the guest and to avoid misunderstandings, the withdrawal must be declared in writing. It is not possible to withdraw by telephone. The date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal by Camping Stuhlegg is decisive for the date of withdrawal.
It is best to send it by letter, fax to +41 33 654 67 03 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The campsite's claim to reimbursement of rental costs remains valid even if the camper does not start the trip or starts late, cancels the trip or leaves early. The reasons for this are generally irrelevant. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
The following amounts will be charged in the event of cancellation or early departure:
- 1 month before date of arrival: 30% of the costs
- 2 weeks before date of arrival: 50% of the costs
- 7 days before date of arrival: 100% of the costs
- late arrival or early departure: 100% of the costs
Arrival and departure
